Our history

Moara was created to give added value to our Las Brisas farm and go from selling a commodity to a finished, innovative and somewhat different product where we would not depend on stock market prices.

At Moara we minimize environmental impact with sustainable and ecological processes

  • Reuse of water

    We have a 55ml tank where we collect rainwater to wash the coffee.
    This water is recirculated to reduce consumption and preserve water resources.

  • Crop diversification

    Our crop diversification maximizes the use of land, promoting soil health and biodiversity. Surrounding the coffee plantations we have plantains and corn.

  • Efficient resource management

    Every stage of our production process is designed to be as efficient as possible, using renewable energy, reducing water consumption and composting our waste.

Countryside city

We want to connect the countryside with the city so that they can learn about and understand the entire process that leads to what becomes a landscape at first sight.
